Originally part of the high street retailer's autumn/winter 2008 collection - and priced at a more reasonable £95 - Kate brought the blouse into the limelight when she raided her wardrobe for the photo shoot with fashion photographer Mario Testino.
Made from 100% silk, the 'Kate' blouse is embellished with a delicately woven frill detail at the front and features a grandad collar.
